The AORUS Gen4 SSD 1TB combines high transfer speeds thanks to thePCI-Express 4.0 x4 interface with a generous storage capacity for your games. With transfer speeds of 5 GB/s read and 4.4 GB/s write depending on the model in the range, everything will go faster and you won't be able to live without it. 3D TLC NAND offers an optimised architecture with 96 layers for more storage capacity per unit.
With its PCIe 4.0 controller, the AORUS Gen 4 SSD offers sequential read speeds of 5,000MB/s and sequential write speeds of 4,400MB/s(depending on model). The sequential read speed of PCIe 4.0 SSDs is 40% faster than PCIe 3.0 SSDs. Give yourself unique performance for gaming, working, streaming and smooth 3D design.
The SSD Tool Box software offers a wealth of important information for users who want to obtain data about their product: part number, firmware version, health and temperature. In addition, it will be possible to securely erase all data thanks to the Secure Erase innovation.

Excellent NVMe 2 Gen 4 SSD, fast and low heat. I installed it as a second "Data" hard drive on my Asus TUF 17 Gaming.
NVME of very good quality. I'm using it for flight simulation (FS2020) and frankly no slowdown (this was not the case with a traditional HD).
It's a great tool to have on hand and I'm sure you'll find it very useful.
