HDMI port failure
Everything would be perfect if the computer worked ... perfectly.
Unfortunately, there is a fault in the HDMI port which prevents me from using it and therefore from working on two screens. I really need it for professional use.
After many tests and updates, the hypothesis of a hardware failure seems to be the only one that makes sense.
In passing, I would like to thank the whole LDLC team for their availability and competence.
I will not say the same about Dell's team. I'm not sure I'll ever be able to get the same level of service from them again. The warranty is announced as expired (June 2021) even though the computer was bought in August. I'm not able to change the warranty on the Dell website and it crashes (unknown error!).
This is it, this is it ... I have to say that it will be very complicated for me to separate from my machine for a long SAV because I have a professional use of it and that to date I cannot really "double" this material.
