Buy an old second-hand model instead
This is the worst phone I've ever owned. Some low-tech phones from 10 or 15 years ago work much better than this horror.
The key to toggle words in predictive input mode doesn't work, the phone frequently loses the network in well-covered areas, it partially receives overly long text messages and the unreceived parts never arrive.
Basic features found on 10 year old models are missing such as sorting sms in chat mode, being able to hide the sms preview on a locked screen, changing the directional pad shortcuts, etc...
It is also slow and overall very unintuitive to use.
It looks like Nokia has abandoned any ambition to offer quality low-tech phones and neglects the design of recent versions.
Flee from buying new models and buy old second hand models if you need a retro phone.
On the other hand, apart from the poor quality of the product, the service from LDLC was excellent, as always.
