    Back to product

It's been a little over 2 years since I bought this product, the mouse is a little heavy for my taste, I have medium sized hands and the grip is quite pleasant. I've been using it for about 2 months now and the functionality of the mouse is decreasing, the clicks don't work anymore, the scroll wheel sticks, it disconnects itself etc.... I've been using the mouse for about 2 months now and it's not really working, but it's still expensive at 80 euros for a mouse that only works for 2 years with moderate use, which is a shame.

    Knob out of order...2 times

(I pass on the catastrophic ergonomics of the Corsair software). Like many other users, the wheel was out of order very quickly, so I sent the product back, which was taken under warranty and exchanged for a new one. As I needed a mouse in the meantime, I bought a Logitech wired mouse in the shops, which I finally used even after receiving the new Ironclaw (as I have all my macros on it). When I decide to reinstall it, same problem, knob out of order after a week... Unluckily, the warranty is slightly outdated, but I think that between the Covid period, the price of the product and the fact that the problem is widely known by the Corsair team, they might make a gesture (especially since it has only been used for about 10 hours). I'm sure they did make a gesture, but I'll let you guess what... Shameful for a product of this range. LDLC didn't do anything either, a voucher would have been the minimum. I've lost 80€ for me, but much more for Corsair and LDLC, when you know the impact of a dissatisfied customer.

    Weakness on the mouse wheel

The mouse itself is really good. Unfortunately, I can confirm what most of the comments say about the scroll wheel. It has just failed me after a year when I use it very little. It is not acceptable for a mouse of this price. I would advise you to buy another model.

    Excellent concept, poor execution

The product has an excellent concept, at the time of buttons so well placed it was almost a dream, moreover for such a low price! I've been using it for a while now, but I'm not sure if it's a good idea to use it for a long time... I'm not sure if it's a good idea to use it for a long time, but I'm not sure if it's a good idea to use it for a long time. I'm not sure what to do. (I even got my second one back from service and it broke just as fast).

    Mouse with a questionable lifespan

This corsair I bought in November 2019. Precision level, grip, frankly top.
One year later, the caster broke on one side. It has never been transported, never suffered a shock or fallen. After examination, we can quickly realize that the components are plastic, which in my opinion have been drastically reduced in cost to disregard its life.
I'm not sure if it's a good idea to buy a new one, but I'm sure it's a good idea to buy a new one, and I'm sure it's a good idea to buy a new one, and I'm sure it's a good idea to buy a new one.

Knob out of order after a few months of normal use

The knob failed me very quickly without me having used it intensively, plus numerous problems with unexpected double-clicks.
    Product to be avoided.

    Knob no longer works

After 1 year of use, not necessarily daily but almost (bought on 14/07/2019, now on 12/09/2020) . My mouse decided not to scroll like that anymore, not even two minutes after scrolling without warning without signalling anything. I've been trying to reset, set up, delete devices and so on, but it doesn't work anymore. It's a shame, even though I sometimes had problems with the bluetooth connection, it was fine. RIP

    Already dead....

I would have given it a 10/10 after 3 months of use, but the scroll wheel simply gave out in the middle of a scroll. I'm afraid of what it might do to people who read a lot of documents.
