Comfortable chair but poor leather quality and no after sales service.
After more than two years of use, here is my opinion on this chair:
- First of all, the first step upon receipt was the assembly: it is simple, the instructions are clear and the necessary tools are provided.
- Use and comfort: The chair is pleasant to use, everything or almost everything is adjustable on it, which is very practical and allows to adapt the chair to our morphology. The lumbar cushion is comfortable, you feel good in the chair.
- I was really disappointed with this product, especially when you consider the price. After a year and a half of weekly use, the imitation leather started to crack and tear at the seat. 6 months later, the problem has worsened and the leather is now torn over 6 cm. The lumbar cushion is also starting to crack... After contacting LDLC, they redirected me to Oraxeat support but they are playing dead after I sent them the invoice for the chair and the photos (while my product was still under warranty).
I find it unacceptable that a brand ignores customers despite reminders, and that a product sold at this price is not capable of lasting over time. I would advise you to go ahead and buy a better quality chair for the same price but without the hassle that goes with it.
