The keyboard is good, the keys are well placed, there are indicators for everything that is needed.
The only slight downsides are that the keys could be a little more "recessed" in the keyboard so that they don't move around as much, and that there are a few misfires when many keys are pressed at the same time.
Previously equipped with a logitech MK540, I use the hardware for office work (xls...).
The design is very good and the feel is very good. Good grip on the mouse and optional buttons perfectly positioned (for right handed users). The keyboard needs a little time to adapt to the ergonomics, but otherwise it is very efficient and quiet. The usual minimum of keys are present. The chassis does not move.
Communication in BT, no latency noticed (desktop use). Good battery life. Keyboard does not get dusty and is easy to clean.
Negative points:
- Keyboard sleep mode is not disengageable. Even if you get used to it, you find yourself pressing a key and waiting for 3 seconds before typing, which is disorienting when you alternate with another device!
- No real settings for the mouse buttons.
- But what's the use of the central mouse button ??? since it can't be configured !
In conclusion: good quality and well proportioned set but lacks some options at this price. If you are not limited on the budget, it is a good buy. If not, look for the range below which will offer similar features.
I'm going back to my previous review (chris.cpn1): I've put the mouse back in service, and it works great (is it because the wired mouse is still plugged in???, I don't know, I'll try unplugging the wired mouse...).In the meantime I'm giving 5 stars to this article from Cherry.
(I must give credit where credit is due.......)
Indeed, the keyboard works very well, nice and quiet;
But the mouse has infrared or laser sensor problems?
When I use it on my mouse pad, the pointer goes every 20 seconds to the right of the screen, and each time I have to bring it back to the centre by scanning with the mouse....
I have tried all 3 mouse resolutions, removed the mouse pad (live on my wooden desk), nothing works, so much so that I have put my old wire mouse (which is also infrared by the way) back in use.
So I'm disappointed with this article.

Nice look, charges quickly, is effective even from a distance, however, the keyboard is a little slow to react when typing fast and with all your fingers
