A compact, high-performance residential loudspeaker
Focal 's 100IWLCR5 loudspeaker is designed for residential use, and stands out for both its acoustic qualities and its compactness. It is primarily intended for use in home cinema (dedicated room, living room, etc.), in small and medium-sized rooms. This speaker features a directional tweeter and two 13 cm Polyglass cone drivers. Two correctors equalise the treble and midrange for improved acoustics. This LCR (left, centre, right) speaker can be used horizontally, as a centre speaker for home cinema. A 3-position switch allows you to define the left, centre or right function, guaranteeing identical tonal balance at the listening point.

Perfect acoustics
The100IWLCR5 loudspeaker features a 3-position corrector (-3dB, 0dB, +3dB) to equalise the treble according to the acoustics of the room, which improves reproduction whatever the environment (reverberation on windows or tiles, for example). The midrange can also be equalised (-2dB, 0dB, +2dB). Two loudspeakers can be connected to a single amplifier.
All the products in the 100 Series line can be used to back up conventional hi-fi systems, particularly speakers in the Chorus 700 line, for discrete, high-quality home cinema installations.
Easy, elegant installation
nstallation is a key criterion. Thanks to its extremely robust mounting brackets and magnetic grilles, installation time is reduced to an absolute minimum. The products in the 100 Series range have a shallow mounting depth, which makes installation much easier.
The "tropicalisation" process of the Polyglass membrane makes it resistant to use in damp environments, such as bathrooms.
