Stability and Power
Unfortunately it often has to be reconfigured, the concentrator announces at the time of "out of home" that the door/window is open when it is actually closed.
Secondly, it is too late to know that the detector needs to be recharged, whereas it would be better to have a battery level status to anticipate before triggering the alarm and having to cancel because the trigger(s) are ineffective.
Hello and thank you very much for your feedback.
Regarding the first part of your comment, it is possible that your sensor is influenced by a magnetic field generated by a metal object. The technology used by our door sensor is based on the magnetic field, so please make sure that there are no metallic objects near the sensor. Please also check the charge status of your battery. If this problem persists, your sensor may be defective. In this case, we invite you to contact our Technical Support either by email via our contact page, or by phone from Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm as well as Saturdays from 10am to 1pm and from 2pm to 5pm: 0427466000 (Select choice 2 then choice 2).
Regarding the battery level indicator, this information is not currently available in the application, however you will receive a notification when the battery is low. We are currently investigating the possibility of displaying the battery level directly in the application.
Please note that the LDLC team is always available for any request.
Sincerely
