When a hearing impaired person buys a phone of this kind, he or she likes the service provided to be effective, and here the sound can be increased, but this does not make it any more understandable, as the sound quality is poor to begin with.
I would have preferred to pay more and get a phone that really met my needs. Once again the seller is enthusiastic about his product, but not reliable. Disappointing.
I bought this product for my mother to replace her landline phone. She is not comfortable with technology and prefers simple and discreet things.
This phone meets her criteria and she is very happy with it.
Positive points:
- The keys are the size of a finger so entering numbers is easy,
- The battery life is up to a week and a half with about an hour of talk time per day,
- The menus are clear and easy to navigate,
- The keys and screen are backlit.
Negative point:
You can't choose the time before the answering machine is triggered, you go from 14 to 18 seconds, except at 18 seconds the operator's answering machine is triggered. I would have liked to have both to have messages in case of technical problems on the line, therefore the telephone answering machine is not used.
Ergonomically well designed for seniors.
I replaced two handsets (old gigaset) with these two models. I wanted big buttons and a large display. They meet my requirements perfectly. I've been using them for a while now, but I'm not sure how to get them to work together, so I'm not sure how to get them to work together. It's a good thing that the latest generation of gigasets are better at going through big walls! The only thing is that it's a bit of a hassle to get the old phonebook back. The only thing is that the melodies are not up to scratch! I've been using gigasets for a long time and they are really the reference.
