Product works perfectly, but not quite what I wanted

The printer works perfectly using the Smart Label Creator software, is easy to use and comes with a roll of SRL-NFR labels. I think the price is interesting, bearing in mind that the use is rather limited (you don't print labels every day, and not necessarily in batches of 1000).
The downside is that I didn't find enough information about the product on the LDLC website (nor on the Seiko website), so it doesn't really correspond to the use I was looking for. No information for example on the dimensions of the rollers or the chuck, although these are special dimensions (not standard like cash register printers, we are more or less forced to buy Seiko consumables).
Beware, no battery, it must be plugged in to work. Not POS compatible.
