For many years now, LDLC.com has been committed in the quality of its reviews' processing by fully controlling the process of collecting, moderating and publishing customer reviews.

What's the process of a review submission

• Any customer wishing to post a review must first identify themselves via their customer account. This allows us to verify that they have purchased the product and can therefore justify their consumer experience.
• The customer must then fill in a form where they can write their review and give the product a score out of 10.
• This form is then received by the moderators who must ensure the conformity of the review in order to either publish, reject or delete content.
• There is no selection made among the customers who can submit a review, nor in the reviews published.
