Order modification
You have placed an order but you want to change something. Is this possible?
We will be happy to help with your order modification request (addition, replacement, deletion of item, change of delivery address...) whenever possible. However, the status of an order can change very quickly, limiting the possibilities of modifications.
We can modify an order only if its preparation has not started, i.e. visible in one of the following stages in your customer area:
- Waiting for supporting documents;
- Authorised payment;
- Transmitted to the management center.
Once the preparation has started, the modification is no longer possible: contact us quickly so that we can find a solution together.
