For all online purchases made by individuals, you have a 14 days period to change your mind (right of withdrawal).

 

A return number is required to ensure return traceability: you can find it in the hereby section. The item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging. The withdrawal period applies to our entire catalogue with the exception of the exclusions mentioned in our terms and conditions of sale (e.g. custom-made computers assembled by us, unsealed software and consumables).

In order to ensure better traceability of the return, it is recommended to use the return authorization that will be communicated to you by our customer service. Otherwise, the product must come with all useful information, i.e., your contact details and your order details. You have a period of 14 days to return the product from the date of your notification of withdrawal.

 

Refund time

We undertake to refund you within 14 days from the date of your request (if the product has not reached us by the 14th day, the refund may be deferred until proof of shipment is provided). Most of the times, an average time of 5 to 8 days is most often observed.

Shipping costs when returning large items
