Vouchers are generally obtained following the return of equipment. It is an amount credited to your customer account. A voucher can be used for 1 year from the date it was issued. After this period, it is neither refundable nor chargeable on an invoice.
Voucher greater than the amount of the order
If your voucher (or all available vouchers) is greater than the total amount of your order (including shipping costs), you simply need to place an order on our website by choosing the voucher that will be offered with the other payment methods. The amount remaining available following this order will be indicated on the Your vouchers/credit note section of your customer area.
Voucher less than the amount of the order
If your credit note (or all available credit notes) is less than the total amount of your order (including shipping costs), you can place an order on our website by choosing the available voucher(s) and then complete the amount by one of the means of payment suggested afterwards.
